The England footballer confirmed the news via Twitter, adding that his wife Rebekah and their newborn son were "doing great".
He told fans: "Over the moon to announce the arrival of our gorgeous little boy on Sunday evening! Mummy and baby doing great! @RebekahVardy #blessed (sic)."
No further information has been released.
It is the couple's second child together, while Rebekah also has two children from previous relationships. Her husband Jamie is also a father to six-year-old Ella from a former relationship.
