Shayne Ward has confirmed that he has become a father.
Taking to Twitter, the Coronation Street actor announced the news, writing: "Proud to share our incredible news. Me and Sophie had a beautiful baby girl. We are completely besotted and in love with the deepest of hearts. Our world. Willow May Ward."
He later added that "mummy & baby are doing great".
It is the first child for Ward and his girlfriend Sophie Austin. The couple first public with their relationship in March of this year, following speculation that they were an item.
