The model, who was a contestant on this year's Strictly Come Dancing, confirmed the separation with The Sun.
Lowe, 27, told the publication that rehearsals for the show, as well as promotional commitments, were to blame for the couple drifting apart.
She admitted: "Trying to start a new relationship at the same time [as Strictly] was just too much. Strictly is the most intense thing I've ever done, as well as the best."
She added: "Love didn't ever come into mine and Frankie's relationship. We never talked about it because we only dated for a few months."
A spokesperson for Lowe confirmed the couple were no longer together, telling the MailOnline: "Daisy and Frankie have had a discussion and decided to call it a day due to their mutually busy schedules."
The couple started dating in August of this year.
