The Gogglebox star, who is one of the celebrities taking part in this year's series of ITV's 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!', made the comments ahead of her arrival into the Australian jungle.
Speaking to the Daily Star, the 26-year-old revealed that her friend, who is a jeweller, invited her and Crodden to their store for Prosecco and a look around.
Moffatt told the publication: "I said, 'While I'm here I might as well try some rings.' They were engagement rings.
"I pointed out which one I like and what my ring size is, just so that he knows which one to get."
She added: "If that isn't a hint, I don't know what is."
Moffatt and Crodden have been dating for around a year, but only went public with their relationship in April 2016.
