The couple, who met on ITV2's Love Island in June of this year, accused each other of being unfaithful during a series of exchanged messages via Instagram and Twitter on Thursday.
Gradon, 30, was the first to suggest that the pair had gone their separate ways when she took to the photo sharing website to post a quote that read: "Some people are meant to fall in love with each other, but not be together."
The post was then deleted. However, the former Miss Great Britain then returned and shared what looked to be Twitter messages from Tom – which he had sent to another woman.
The screenshot of the DMs shows Tom asking the woman for her phone number.
A second message from the 24-year-old said: "Hey Soph found out I got your number and kicked off she's prob gonna message you, please don't reply to her or this message please (sic)."
Gradon captioned the images with the words: "When I didn't do anything wrong."
However, Tom refused to take the allegations quietly and hit out at his partner – by also accusing her of being unfaithful.
Taking to Twitter, he told his followers: "2 can play at that game.. here's a picture of Sophie cheating on me the week she got out of the [Love Island] villa.. (sic)."
The accusation was followed by a photo of Sophie cosying up to another man. He described the photo as: "Only a few days after her promising to make it up to me for cheating on me in the villa.
"Got sent the photo from the guy telling me about it..."
He then added: "And FYI I tried to speak to her personally and leave it off social media.. but nope.. she was adamant about being a child."
