The couple confirmed they were back together on Wednesday's finale of The Only Way Is Essex, when McKenna admitted that she wanted her ex back.
The two came face-to-face and the 24-year-old told her former partner that she was willing to forget the past and move on. Her words come after it was revealed that Wicks, 28, had sexted other women behind her back, as well as told lies about a recent photoshoot he did with lingerie-clad models.
Setting their differences aside, the pair were both in attendance at their co-star's [Chloe Sims] birthday party when they decided to give their romance another go.
McKenna said: "I know I lose my nut sometimes and say stupid things and do stupid things, and the next day I regret them. I just can't help it. It's how it makes me feel.
"I just want you to tell me everything so we don't have to be put in those situations.
"If you just opened up to me a little more and told me 100% of everything, not just 95%, then we wouldn't have this problem."
Wicks responded by saying: "I think I have to stop being so worried about p***ing you off and deal with it properly because it makes me worse and all goes t**s up."
He later said: "I only want to go forward with you, I don't want to be on my own. I don't want to be single. I think for us to move forward properly we have to do it together. I want us to be a couple together. I want you back properly."
"I want you back too," McKenna replied, before confessing her love for her partner.
