The 25-year-old made the revelation during Wednesday night's episode of her reality television show The Mummy Diaries, but while she was excited about the future, her news sparked tension between her, her family and her partner's family.
Faiers said: "We're looking for a house for our first family home. We want land. I want chickens, a goat, donkeys, probably a horse at some stage.
"It's the natural progression. You meet someone have babies, get married, get a house. Its only an hour away. It's a new start.
"We want to start house-hunting. I don't know why Surrey. I've been a few times. You've got tea rooms and cobbled streets. The estate agent took our details. It's gonna be a process. We're quite particular."
When the couple decided to share their news with Paul's mother, Gaynor, first, she appeared to support their plans. However, speaking later, she admitted: "They're talking about moving. But wherever they go, I'll go. Whether it's travelling or living, I'll get closer."
She then turned her attention to the couple's young son, also called Paul, and said: "You want brothers and sisters to play with. We want more."
Similarly, when Sam tried to tell her mum and sister about the family's plans, they weren't as supportive either.
Her sister Billie, who runs Minnie's Boutique with Sam in Brentwood, said: "What's making you wanna move out of the area? I was shocked because why would you want to live there? I think you'd feel isolated. You have no friends and family. I think it's quite selfish. You wouldn't be able to just pop to the office."
