The former TOWIE couple, alongside their co-stars, were recently in Marbella to film for the reality television show and in scenes that were aired on Wednesday night, it was revealed that Dan had slept with someone while he was there.
It was then revealed that the pair had agreed not to sleep with anyone else because they were both going to be in the area filming.
Hitting out at her ex, she said: "Could you not keep it in your pants for one week? Look what you did to me when you heard a rumour I had slept with someone.
"You made my life hell. We both agreed we wouldn't sleep with anyone in Marbella. It's fine though, you've done it. It is what it is."
Dan snapped back, however, saying he didn't know what he was supposed to do because she had "blocked" him from contacting her.
"I blocked you because you kept going out, getting f***ed, when you're feeling sorry for yourself you would call me," she explained.
"That's not true at all," Dan responded. "When I'm at home I feel I can try to get on with things and it's cool and I can deal with it. When we're around each other it's hard. You have to remember I didn't want this."
After more harsh exchanges, Kate told her ex that she didn't know what reaction Dan wanted from her, to which he said: "If you don't want to speak, let's not speak and we can avoid each other. That's fine."
