The couple married in the Viva Las Vegas chapel, with the ceremony officiated by an Elvis Presley impersonator.
It is understood the ceremony was livestreamed and captured by TMZ.
In the video footage, the couple entered the chapel to the sound of an Elvis Presley song, performed by the impersonator. They danced before exchanging their vows.
30-year-old Shia's vows are said to have included: "With this ring; I thee wed; With a prayer; that our love grows stronger; through the passing years.
"And I'll do whatever you ask me to do."
The vows by Goth, 23, included: "I give you this ring; as a token and pledge; of our vows to each other; praying that our love; shall never fade.
"And I'm pretty much going to do whatever I want."
The couple, who have been dating for four years, also promised to adopt one another's hound dogs, not to wear their blue suede shoes in the rain, to be "one another's teddy bear", and to love each other "like a hunka hunka burning love", according to the publication.
They shared a kiss before officiator Elvis sang another song.
