James 'Arg' Argent has confirmed that he and his ex-girlfriend Lydia Bright recently spent a night together in Marbella as they filmed the new series of The Only Way Is Essex.
Earlier this week, Reveal magazine quoted a source as saying: "[Arg] has always struggled to let her go and the pair ended up hooking up for one night only."
The 'hook up' has now been confirmed by Arg, who appeared in a new TOWIE video with his co-star Tommy Mallet. In the video, which was uploaded to Twitter, the reality television star said: "It's been emotional. As per usual, people's heads have gone. My head has gone.
"t went after I stayed the night with the love of my life. My head went. I didn't know whether I was coming or going."
Their reconciliation does appear to be brief, however, as Bright is said to now regret the night the couple spent together. According to The Sun newspaper, a source claimed: "Lydia can't believe she fell for Arg's charms once again. She puts it down to having a weak moment and deeply regrets leading him on.
"Arg was beaming afterwards, telling close pals it was a sure sign he was back in Lydia's good books. But that's certainly not the case."
Bright and Arg confirmed earlier this year that they had ended their seven-year on-off romance.
While neither Bright nor Arg have given a reason for their separation, the former has said that she was left with "no choice" but to call time on their relationship.
