The couple have two children and have been married for 17 years.
A source told the publication: "Norman doesn't want a divorce. He is distraught that the marriage is over.
"Zoe has had enough but he’s desperately hoping she will come back."
A pal said: "Her natural setting is to be a flirt and when she's drunk she's unstoppable. She'll often snog men, but Norman adores her.
"It's seen as her letting her hair down rather than anything significant, but obviously people do read into it.
"He is prepared to forgive an awful lot — particularly when he knows her escapades are sparked by drunkenness rather than a desire to be with someone else."
