The former X Factor singer tied the knot with her girlfriend Georgina Gordon last month in North Yorkshire. In their first joint television appearance the couple discussed their recent wedding, as well as their plans for the future.
Appearing on ITV's Loose Women, Spraggan, 24, said: "It's so exciting [being married], I can't stop thinking about it."
Speaking about their big day, she added: "I waited there [at the end of the aisle]. I couldn’t say anything, and I just started crying."
"She cried all day," her wife confirmed.
The couple also revealed that they have discussed starting a family. When asked about the prospect of children, they replied: "It's the next thing on the cards."
"There's so many ways to do it. We're thinking about it," Spraggan added.
