Katie, who is back on friendly terms with her ex-husband following a bitter divorce in 2009, allegedly wants to fall pregnant at the same time as Emily so they could share a "bonding experience".
A source told Reveal Magazine: "Katie's been asking Emily if she wants any of her pregnancy dresses, or if she fancies going shopping for maternity gowns together.
"Katie always wanted to be pregnant at the same time because Emily's like family. She'd have loved them to share the experience.
"Emily has what Katie wants. Seeing her pregnant has only made Katie want a baby even more. She sees how the kids feel about Pete's pregnancy news, and she wants some of the attention."
Katie has two children with Peter.
