Fathers' Rights Protesters Interrupt TV Show

Fathers' rights protestors have briefly interrupted a recording of ITV chat show Loose Women.

The presenters, which included Ruth Langsford and Coleen Nolan, were discussing their attempts to lose weight when the interruption occurred. As they talking, there was a disturbance in the studio, with the protesters heard to be shouting: "No kids, no cash."

Transmission of the show was then cut and replaced with the Loose Women logo for around 20 seconds.

When the show was brought back on air, Nolan joked: "Can we get back to me?"

A tweet sent from the show's official account later read: "Apologies for that small interruption.

"The show was briefly interrupted today by 3 members of the audience making a peaceful protect. Sorry for any disruption to your viewing."
