Speaking on ITV's 'Loose Women; she said she is worn out looking after the couple's two children Teddy, three, and 19-month-old Charlton.
She said: "I've got two young kids, I'm knackered, I'm really tired I want to put some sweat pants on, I want to eat chocolate and I want to go to sleep, and sleep under the covers in the foetal position."
Ayda and Robbie married in Beverly Hills on 07 August 2010.
