According to The Sun, the actor regularly flies across the world in order to spend time with the model. The latest report comes after weeks of speculation that the couple are in a relationship, having been spotted together on a number of occasions recently.
Earlier this week, it was claimed DiCaprio, 41, flew to the UK to meet with Horner. They were dancing at Tape nightclub, before heading to London's Chiltern Firehouse.
A source is quoted as saying: "Leo didn't leave Roxy's side. After the club, they headed to the Chiltern, where a number of onlookers said the pair looked extremely cosy together.
"Roxy is a really sweet, caring normal girl. She's naturally stunning and she has a lot in common with Leo. They're smitten and enjoy spending time together."
