A fan posted a comment on his Twitter page: "I hope you can both be civil for the baby's sake poor little thing doesn't deserve this more interested in point scoring."
However, Jeremy wrote: "She's not pregnant with my child come on."
Another fan wrote: "Do you know for definite as ur child will be able to read press stories & things which have been said one day."
He replied: "It's all lies I've been told by her friends."
Stephanie Davis hit back with a long statement asking Jeremy to sort it out and be a dad.
She wrote: "I think it's disgusting that Jeremy hasn't turned up to scans and is constantly drunk and partying, the stress he has had me under I've already been in hospital once with pains and stress.
"I don't hate the lad I feel very VERY sorry for him and the fact no one is getting him the help he needs. His management should have him in rehab and sorting his life out so he can then be there for his child before he dies.
"Boy need help. Sort it out and be a dad."
