The couple tied the knot at Colshaw Hall, Cheshire, at the weekend.
A number of the guests at the wedding were Tyldesley's Coronation Street co-stars, including Sami Ghadie, Shayne Ward, Jack P Shepherd and Brooke Vincent.
Tyldesley and Pitfield announced their engagement in 2014. They have one child together; a one-year-old son named Alfie. He is thought to have been a pageboy for his parent's wedding.
