Earlier this week, The Sun newspaper reported that the couple were "quietly dating", after they were photographed together at the launch of 'Ours' last week in London.
The publication claimed: "Kate and Stephen have started quietly dating. They're very keen to keep it under wraps and insist they are only friends so they avoid any public scrutiny until they are certain it's more than just a fleeting romance."
However, the report has since been rejected by the rapper.
Taking to Twitter, 32-year-old Green wrote: "So two days ago it was @carolineflack1, before that @ArabellaD and now @RothschildKate @TheSun #dontreadallaboutit.
"While you're speculating can you speculate about a wild night with Jessica Alba tomorrow please @TheSun #dontreadallaboutit."
Green, whose real name is Stephen Manderson, separated from his wife Millie Mackintosh in February after almost three years of marriage. While Green has implied he remains single, his former wife has been linked to her ex-boyfriend Hugo Taylor.
