The pair are parents to six-year-old Buster and four-month-old Bowie.
Speaking to The Mirror Matthew said: "While we are still pretty knackered now we might as well go for baby number three and keep that knackeredness ball rolling."
The couple, who split for a while in 2008, are happier than ever and are planning to get married as soon as their family is complete.
He continued: "We just keep on having kids and it gets in the way."
