Scott split from Kourtney Kardashian in July last year after being together for nine years.
He was seen having fun with the model on Sunday in New York.
Since being single Scott has been linked with a string of beautiful women including Christine Burke.
In a recent one interview Kourtney admitted she had no idea if she would reconcile with Scott in the future.
Speaking on US breakfast show Today she said: "We're not getting back together right now, but I don't know what the future holds in life, in God's plan.
"But we're just doing our best to be the best parents. Like, he came with us to Vail (family break in Colorado) and it was great. But, like, we're friends at this point."
The pair have three children together.
