She tweeted: "Reenie-Rae Rainsford was born 18/4/2016 at 3.14pm, weighing 6lbs 13oz.
"We're all great - thank you all so much for the support!! Xxx."
Lauren won a BAFTA TV Award for best supporting actress in 2011 for Misfits.
