The TOWIE couple have dated on-and-off for eight years, but during Wednesday night's episode of the ITVBE reality show, 25-year-old Lewis decided to call time on their romance once and for all.
Recently, it was alleged that Hall, also 25, slept with their TOWIE co-star Megan McKenna, something they have both denied. His girlfriend failed to believe them, however, leading to her and Hall having a heart-to-heart.
She told her partner: "You've broken me. Everybody asks me why I'm shocked."
She then said she believed Hall had always been faithful, until now.
"It's been a week now so I've had my time to think and I've now realised that we can't be together," he responded.
However, this only caused Lewis to hit back and say: "You're always going to be a liar."
When Hall criticised her and said she had ruined the plans he had for their future together, she said: "You've ruined your own plans. You've absolutely ruined my life. I'm gutted. I wanted to give you another chance. This is not what I want but I'm not being mugged off anymore. I'm done."
