Caitlyn's eldest daughter, Cassandro Marino, is pregnant with her third child with her husband Mark. The pair are expecting a baby boy in October, according to US Weekly.
Cassandra, who is known as Casey, is Caitlyn's second child with first wife Chrystie Crownover.
Caitlyn, known as Bruce before her gender transition, admitted to American chat show presenter Diane Sawyer that she wasn't always there for Casey and her sons when they were children.
She said: "The big, formative years for them, I was really struggling with these issues. I talked to all of the boys about this after the fact, that, yeah, I didn't do a good job. And I apologised to my kids for that."
