Natasha Hamilton has praised her ex-fiancé Ritchie Neville as he stayed by her side after she was recently rushed to hospital.
Hamilton, 33, took to Twitter to reveal that she was in hospital – but that her former partner was looking after her.
She told her fans: "Hour 7 of being in hospital... think another ruptured cyst! Absolute agony.
"@RitchieNeville looking after me. Amazing staff #NHS."
Hamilton, 33, and 36-year-old Neville started dating in 2013, after they starred on ITV2 show The Big Reunion. In September 2014, the couple welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Ella Rose, and in October 2015, they confirmed their engagement. They called time on their relationship earlier this month.
Hamilton is also a mother to Josh, 13, Harry, 10, and four-year-old Alfie, from three previous relationships.
