A representative for the couple later confirmed the birth, but no further details have been revealed.
Ne-Yo, 36 and his wife's arrival comes just a few weeks after they tied the knot.
While this is the couple's first child together, Ne-Yo is also a father of two from a previous relationship with Monyetta Shaw.
