The Life On Marbs star is understood to have given birth to a baby boy on Mother's Day (6 March), but over the weekend she shared a black-and-white image of her son's hand.
She captioned the snap: "Sunday cuddles with my little man could not be any more perfect."
It is Weaver's first child with her ex-boyfriend Charles Martin. The couple's relationship initially came to an end last summer after Weaver admitted to cheating on her partner. They then reunited and gave their romance another go, and in November 2015, she admitted that she was pregnant with their first child. At the time, she said the pregnancy wasn't planned, but she was excited to become a mother. Earlier this month, it was revealed that Weaver and Martin had separated again.
