During the interview, the EastEnders actress was questioned about her upcoming wedding to Osborne, but she was also asked about a series of recordings that were leaked to the media last year in which Osborne threatened his ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin. After her appearance, 23-year-old Jossa hit out at the show, claiming she had been misled as to why she was due to be there. Now, Osborne has waded into the row, and defended his partner against the line of questioning.
Taking to Twitter, the 24-year-old told his followers: "Seen a load of people tweeting about Jacqueline's 'loose women' interview and people talking rubbish again... Here's my say.
"Those questions should have been questions asked to me... Not Jacqueline AT ALL and I think she handled it very well actually... Why those questions?
"I said something I did not mean and in anger a year and 9 months ago!! get over ittt!!.. The bottom line is.. I never physically hurt anyone.. I said some things in anger in THE worst time of my life.. That's it!!
"If everyone on earth had there arguments recorded.. I am sure 95% of you would listen back and hear things you OBVIOUSLY never meant.. It's old and boring now.. We're all happy and doing great, all moved on.. So now time for those last few people to do that too (sic)."
He added: "I felt bad for Jac if anything. She was actually looking forward to going on the show to talk about getting back to work and our daughter."
Jossa, and 24-year-old Osborne first started dating in September 2013. They separated shortly afterwards however, when it was revealed that Osborne's ex-girlfriend, Megan Tomlin, was pregnant with his child. Their son, Teddy, was born in November of that year.
In May 2014, Jossa confirmed that she and Osborne had reunited and just weeks later, they announced they were expecting their first child together. Their daughter, Ella, was born in February 2015. In June 2015, Osborne revealed that he had proposed to Jossa and she said yes.
