The news comes just days after the actor was said to have referred to Minogue as his "fiancée".
Sasse, 28, and 47-year-old Minogue have been in a relationship since October, but around Christmastime, the singer was spotted wearing what looked like an engagement ring, sparking rumours that the couple were engaged.
Now, Sasse is said to have confirmed the engagement.
According to The Sun newspaper, a source is quoted as saying: "Kylie may have been keeping tight-lipped, but Josh isn't as keen to keep it a secret. He was proudly calling her his fiancée to several guests and even joked that being with her meant he wouldn't have any trouble getting into parties."
The pair first met on the set of Sasse's show Galavant, in September 2015 – Kylie had a guest role in the series – and they have been inseparable since. In November last year, Minogue confirmed the couple were dating after they were spotted together at the Rugby World Cup in England.
