The TOWIE star, who recently appeared as a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother, made the confession during an interview with the Daily Star.
The 35-year-old added that she plans to tie the knot as well, and document it all on her own reality television show.
During her time in the CBB house, Collins told her housemates that she was convinced she was already pregnant, but this was not the case. Now, she says she still wants to have children.
She said: "If I had been pregnant I would have been over the moon. Sadly, I'm not pregnant... but just watch this space!
"I do have my own TV show coming out called The Only Way Is Gemma and I'm very excited for people to see that. It's all about Gemma – and so that is why I held back Gemma [on the show]."
She added that she plans to marry.
The reality television personality is said to be in a relationship with Stephen Mortimer, who is currently in jail.
