The couple grew close after appearing on ITV reality show 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' last year, and have since been the subject of speculation that they are in a relationship.
McCann has previously admitted to having a crush on the Union J singer, while they were also said to have been spotted kissing on a night our over the Christmas period. However, the TOWIE star has now denied any romance between the pair once and for all.
Speaking at the Copperbox Arena, ahead of the England netball squad's game against Australia, the 25-year-old told Reveal magazine said: "I don't know what more I can say. We get on incredibly and I love George with all my heart, but in a friendship way.
"He's my friend and he'll always be my friend, but that's it."
She later added: "I'm single. 100 percent single."
