Immediately, fans of the reality television star assumed the 31-year-old was referring to her ex. In October last year, Kardashian vowed to stand by her former partner as he recovered from an almost-fatal overdose. He was found collapsed at a brothel in Nevada following an alleged alcohol and drugs binge.
According to Us Weekly, Odom had been recovering in a hospital in Los Angeles hospital since the incident, but has now been moved elsewhere as Kardashian didn't want any 'unnecessary attention' as her ex recovers.
At the time, she said she would stand by Odom throughout his recovery, but added that it was ultimately up to him to look after his health.
According to People, Kardashian recently told the publication: "He's doing amazing and I'm so proud of the strength that he has had to fight that battle.
"There is a very long road ahead of [Lamar]. He has to walk that road by himself and most importantly, he has to want to walk that road. I will be there supporting him every step of the way."
Kardashian and Odom married in 2009 just one month after they met at a party. In December 2013, Kardashian filed for divorce following allegations that her husband had been unfaithful, as well as dealing with substance abuse issues.
