Ireland's Most Popular 2015 Baby Names Revealed

The Irish Passport Office has revealed the most popular names provided on applications for infant passports in 2015.

In the past 12 months, more than 130,000 requests for infant passports were submitted. For boys, 162 passports were printed for those named Daniel, making it the most popular name, while Emily was the most popular girls name, with 134 applications received.

Other names making the top 20 most popular list for boys include Jack, Noah, Cillian, Finn and Charlie; while Mia, Olivia, Grace, Ella and Kate all made the top 20 list for the girls.
