The couple sparked speculation that they had reunited earlier this week after their co-star Holly Hagan shared an image of them kissing on a night out.
Now, the 27-year-old has said he and Crosby are in a relationship once more, but they are keeping things casual.
Appearing in a video, which appeared to be shot in a hotel room and later posted on YouTube, Beadle is quizzed by Crosby about their relationship, when he replied: "It feels like last night was kind of a first date but it wasn't. I got a bit nervous and we had a first kiss and everyone got so excited about this first kiss but we've kissed millions of times."
He then reminded everyone that he and Crosby had slept together on television before.
"Me and Charlotte are in a really good place," he continued. "We're both single and we just thought we're going to have a little bit of fun. What's the harm in that? We're going to go on the odd date for maybe the next few weeks."
His partner however then cut in saying she'd like to keeping things "casual", to which Beadle could be heard saying: "It's up to Charlotte... We'll take the casual stage for a few months and if it moves on, it moves on. We're enjoying our time together."
Beadle and Crosby have had a four-year on-and-off relationship.
