The Rolling Stones rocker confirmed his happy news on Monday, adding that his wife Sally is actually expecting twins.
Speaking to the panel on ITV's Loose Women, however, Price has hit out at the singer, labelling him as "selfish".
She said: "I think it's totally wrong and totally selfish. He's going out married to a woman the same age as his daughter. It's alright for her, she's my age, 37, but come on that's selfish.
"It's old, and I'm not being funny, but if he wasn't Ronnie Wood would she actually look at him? He's not a hunk to look at like is he? In my opinion, I'd rather have a pillow over my face. I think it's wrong."
Her comments were then challenged by one of the panel – Ruth Langford – who said that was actually a "selfless" act on behalf of Wood, as he is giving his wife the chance to become a mother.
She explained: "I think my first reaction always is just, 'Oh gosh, that seems quite selfish' but then I look at [his wife], a vibrant young women, 37, how could he deny her that? The babies will be very much looked after, very much loved and he's clearly very wealthy.
"So many children are brought into this world without a second thought about how they will be looked after that we should be worrying about more than these two babies."
She added that there are also no guarantees anyone will be around to watch their children grow up, as you don't know what is going to happen in life.
Sally and Ronnie started dating in 2012, having been friends for nine years. They married in London in December of that year, following a six-month romance. The new arrival would be the fifth child for Wood; but the twins will be the couple's first children together. They are due in June 2016.
