According to TMZ, 41-year-old Voorhies, who rose to fame playing Lisa Turtle in 'Saved By The Bell', is said to have asked the court to "cut any chances of spousal support for Jimmy."
Green, meanwhile, who is a music engineer, is claimed to have told the same website that the couple's marriage "has been a nightmare from the beginning."
A source is also quoted as saying one of the main issues within the marriage is how Voorhies' mother, Patricia, alleges Green is a gang member. There was also said to have been a warrant issued for his arrest following an incident in 2012.
When the news emerged earlier this year, Green told E! News regarding the warrant for his arrest: "It was just a misdemeanor. They are blowing it out of proportion. Whatever happened, it is in my past. I am a changed man."
Just days later, Patricia filed a restraining order against him.
Voorhies and Green first met in 2014. In late April 2015, the couple eloped at a chapel in Las Vegas.
