Earlier this week, Wright was seen on an episode of the reality television show to say that she was not ready for a relationship with Wicks, despite him claiming to fancy her. The pair were at a vineyard when the awkward conversation took place.
However, on Wednesday night's episode, the 30-year-old seemed to have a change of heart.
On a night out, she bumped into Wicks, and said: "First and foremost, I just want to say a massive apology. I absolutely owe you one after the vineyard.
"I do think there is more between us than just friends and I think we should go out just the two of us," she added. "I think we owe it to us."
Wicks looked surprised, and asked: "So Jess are you asking me out on a date?"
To which she replied: "I guess I am. I'm up for the challenge."
