She told OK! magazine: "The night before I was due to have the C-section it was the Corrie live episode. We sat down to watch it and I started to get contractions.
"I was literally sitting with my legs crossed watching the show. I was terrified to move – I thought if I did my waters would break and I would end up going into labour."
Ghadie, 33, and her fiancé, professional ice skater Sylvain Longchambon, welcomed a son, Yves, the following day (24 September).
The couple first met on ITV's Dancing On Ice in 2013 when they were partnered together. In March this year, they announced they were expecting their first child together, and the following month, confirmed they were engaged. Ghadie is also a mum to six-year-old daughter, Freya, from her former marriage to property developer Matt Smith.

Samie Ghadie has revealed she almost gave birth while watching the live episode of Coronation Street last month. The actress, who stars as Maria Connors on the soap, was watching the episode at home when she started to get contractions.She told OK! magazine: "The night before I was due to have the C-section it was the Corrie live episode.
