Marnie Simpson has said she is now focusing on "moving forward" following her separation from fiancé Ricky Rayment.
The Geordie Shore star made the comments in an interview with Reveal magazine, which come ahead of the premiere of the show's 11th season which airs from tonight (20 October). Included in this season, viewers will see the moment Rayment proposed to his then-girlfriend, but Simpson has now said she will not be watching that scene.
She told the publication: "I probably won't watch it. I've kind of lost all emotion towards it now."
Simpson and Rayment started dating in January of this year, having met at the National Television Awards. They announced their engagement just six months later. However, they confirmed they had separated last month. It has been claimed that Simpson was caught texting her ex-boyfriend while she was with Rayment, but the reason for the couple's split has never been revealed. It was also reported that their split had been a bitter one, but Simpson has dismissed those claims, saying: "We don't speak now, but we haven't ended on bad terms. If I was to see him it wouldn't be nasty or anything, I'd still say hi."
