Lauren Goodger has admitted she and her boyfriend, Jake McLean, are not talking.
The former TOWIE star, who made the confession in her weekly column for new! magazine, added that they haven't spoken for days.
She said: "People have noticed that Jake and I have unfollowed each other on Instagram. To be completely honest, we're not talking at the moment and haven't done for about a week now."
For McLean, he has removed all trace of his partner from his social media account, while Goodger last shared an image of Jake two weeks ago.
The 29-year-old reality television star then went on to reveal that McLean has also moved out of her house in Essex, saying that they've been going through a difficult time in their relationship. However, she denied any major arguments taking place.
"We are both stressed out with our own lives and I seem to bear the brunt of it," she continued. "Sometimes you just need five minutes out, and I'm so busy right now I haven't had a chance to stop and give our situation any proper thought."
Goodger was sure to clarify that the couple hadn't officially split up though, explaining that she needs to decide what the future holds, but that: "What I do know is that I can't afford to have anything or anyone distract me from my focus, so for now I'm not letting it.
"I will get my head round it all in time and work out what I want but for the time being, I don't have more to say on it than that."
Goodger and McLean started dating in 2012, but split a year later. Earlier this year, after sharing images of them together on Instagram, Goodger confirmed they had reunited.
