Taking to Twitter, McVey has posted a series of cryptic messages to the social networking site. None of them directly mention Falcone, but a number of her followers believe they are about him.
One tweet read: "You desperate little boy", before she added: "Respect. It's a shame some people clearly don't have it."
The latest message read: "Another one to add to the collection nothing shocks me. Girls and screenshots..."
Falcone, meanwhile, has not addressed the allegations, but also shared his own cryptic tweet, writing: "Third wheeling with my mate and his wife watching Bridget Jones... New lows have been reached."
In her tweets, McVey seemed to suggest that she had discovered her partner had been messaging other girls behind her back. This isn't the first time the former TOWIE star has been accused of such behaviour; in August, the couple revealed they had separated by engaging in an argument over Twitter.
At the time, Falcone wrote: "Never trust anyone... Sometimes even those closest to you are the worst."
However, McVey hit back saying: "Trust?! Oh really, maybe I should let everyone know the truth... All you do is bring me down and put me down. This perfect boyfriend who continuously messages other girls. I'm finished."
Just last month, the couple revealed they had reunited.
