Scott Disick has broken down following the end of his relationship to ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian. The couple, who had been together for nine years, separated in July after allegations emerged that 32-year-old Disick had been unfaithful.
He has since remained out of the spotlight, but in a trailer for the new season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which airs next month, Disick can be seen talking to his ex-partner, as well as her mother, Kris Jenner, apologising for his behaviour.
During the discussion, Jenner told Disick: "It breaks my heart to see her in pain."
The self-proclaimed 'Lord', who has battled substance abuse in the past, then becomes emotional and replied: "It's been a really hard time, going from like, having all of you guys to having nobody."
Not letting him off the hook, however, 36-year-old Kourtney says: "You forget what happens when you're on a binge."
Disick later admitted: "I f***ed up. I made the worst decision I've ever made in my life."
Kardashian and Disick have been in a relationship since 2006, after meeting at a friend's house party in Mexico. They welcomed their first child together, a son named Mason, in December 2009. Their daughter Penelope was born in July 2012 and in December 2014, their second son Reign was born.
