Katie Price has allegedly said she would like another child, but her husband, Kieran Hayler, is said to be against the idea.
According to Closer magazine, the decision over whether or not to add to their family has led to arguments between the couple in recent times.
A source is quoted by the publication as saying: "Kieran is concerned about Katie's health and putting her body through so many pregnancies, as well as being able to cope with so many children. With romantic date nights, they're just getting their spark back to where it was before the affair – and Kieran's worried that will suffer with another baby."
His wife meanwhile has previously spoken of her desire to have a large family, and that she will have as many children as she can, until "the doctor says I can't have any more."
Price, 37, is a mum of five; sons Harvey, 13, Junior, 10, and two-year-old Jett, as well as daughters Princess, eight, and 13-month-old Bunny. Hayler is the father of Jett and Bunny.
The couple married in January 2013 following a whirlwind romance. Last year, Price announced she was to divorce her husband after discovering he had cheated on her with her then-best friend Jane Pountney. The former model later said she would stand by her husband, confirming that they were working through their problems.
