Katona, 35, and Kay started dating in 2012, but have been friends for a number of years. They announced their engagement in 2013 and in April 2014, welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Dylan Jorge. In September of that year, the pair tied the knot. Recently, the couple were rumoured to have separated, but in a recent interview, Katona said the pair are "both madly in love with each other", and that marriage counselling had saved their marriage.

While Dylan is Kay's first child, his wife is also a mum to Molly 12, and Lilly Sue, 11, from her first marriage to Brian McFadden, and Heidi, seven, and six-year-old Max from her second marriage to Mark Croft.
