The Saturdays' singer spoke to OK! Magazine, and revealed the birth of her son, Carter, was emotional.
She explained that her son arrived early, as her waters broke three days before a planned Caesarean, but added that her husband – footballer Wayne Bridge – helped her through the delivery.
The 26-year-old told the publication: "Wayne was great throughout the birth. He was holding my hand and telling me what was going on. He was peering over trying to take a video. At one point, the surgeon has to ask him to sit down because he was getting in the way!"
She then spoke about how the dynamic has changed at home with the family's new addition.
"There was a moment on the first night back home when Carter's crying woke him up and we wondered how the hell we were going to make it work," she admitted, "But he seems to have got used to it now – thank goodness."
Frankie and Wayne, 35, started dating in December 2010. In April 2013, they announced their engagement. A few weeks later, they announced they were expecting their first child together. Their son, Parker, was born in October 2013.
In July 2014, the couple married in a private ceremony. Earlier this year, in January, Frankie confirmed she was pregnant with her second child. Their son, Carter, was born in August.
