Mel, 59, has been dating Rosalind, 24, since July this year and the pair are in Sydney where Mel is currently working.
A source told New Idea magazine: "Rosey suddenly gave up drinking about a month ago, and while she won't admit she's pregnant, she's not denying it either.
"She always said that she wanted to be a young mum and have three or four children."
Mel has seven children from his marriage to ex-wife Robyn, and he has a daughter with his ex-partner Oksana Grigorieva.
