The pair, who were together for 12 years, split after rumours he had cheated on her with his Strictly partner Kristina Rihanoff. They both denied the rumours, however they are now believed to be in a relationship.
It's claimed that Ben and Abby have been unable to sell their £1.75 million family home despite dropping the asking price by £100,000.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Ben thought he'd be able to sell the house and rent somewhere for Abby and the kids before their divorce went through.
"But there's been little interest and the cost of the mortgage and renting has become very expensive. He gets to see his kids more, but I'm told it has been really awkward for him and Abby."
