Norcross, who rose to fame after appearing on The Only Way Is Essex, is Dyer's best friend, but despite the latter's reputation for being a bad boy, 27-year-old Norcross has insisted there will be no trouble during the party.
Speaking to The Mirror, he revealed: "It's going to be a night in playing Scrabble. Me and him used to play Scrabble for hours. A couple of beers, a couple of cigarettes, and Danny would always win. His vocabulary is so big, he's very vocal. I'd like to set up a Scrabble tournament, but I've got to keep some of it secret."
He added: "I'm godparent to Danny's son Arty. Tamer Hassan introduced me to Danny, and since then I've never left his side. He's just so busy now.
"We're like brothers. I love him and we look out for each other. Growing up I loved Danny Dyer, and now he's sitting round my house and I'm the godfather to his son. He always gets bad stick but, to me, the Danny Dyer I know is a family man."
Dyer, 38, is due to tie the knot with his long-time girlfriend, Jo Mas, next year. The couple have been together since 1992 and have three children together; daughters Dani and Sunnie, and son Arty. In March 2015, the couple announced their engagement.
