The former couple officially ended their romance last month after a number of arguments, but Armstrong has been left upset on a number of occasions ever since. Now, looking back at the couple's split, she has admitted that: "No one said it would be easy."
Armstrong was the one to end the relationship, which was filmed for the ITVBe show. At the time, she insisted that she did love her partner, but that they needed to go their separate ways as she always felt like he didn't treat her in a way she deserved to be treated.
Most recently, she took to Instagram to share the following quote: "You let go of a toxic and unhealthy relationship not because you are weak, not because you no longer love the other person, but because you are strong enough to understand that there are times when two people will be a lot happier if they go their separate ways than if they stay together."
