In a new interview with Red magazine, the 33-year-old added that motherhood had "shifted" her perspective.
She explained: "I've always had a plan, always known either 'that's what I want to do', or I've been doing it, but having a baby [son Rex] gave me a lioness confidence and a complete shift of perspective about how I looked at the business. I didn't take it as seriously and I wasn't as obsessed."
She added that it would take something pretty special for her to go back to work.
"If an amazing opportunity came in, then I would do it," she confessed. "But if there wasn't anything really grabbing me, I would be very content being at home with the kids."
Cotton, 33, and her husband 38-year-old Jesse Wood have been in a relationship since 2011. In August 2012, they confirmed they were expecting their first child together. Their son, Rex, was born in February 2013. In July 2014, the couple married at a registry office in Richmond, London.
In February 2015, Cotton confirmed she was pregnant with the couple's second child.
